Scope of work
Clean Sweep Cleaning will perform the cleaning service described in your booking or quote. Anything outside that scope is a separate job and is quoted separately. We flag conditions that need more time or a different service before we proceed.
Property access, keys, and codes
You are responsible for giving our crew safe, timely access on the scheduled date: keys, lockbox or gate codes, alarm instructions, and parking. If we cannot access the property within a reasonable window of the appointment, a lockout fee may apply and the visit may be rescheduled.
Deposit, balance, and cancellation
A deposit holds your date. The balance is due on completion, and paying the balance in cash on the day earns the stated discount. Reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice and the deposit carries to a new date. Late cancellations or no-access visits may forfeit the deposit.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something is not right, tell us within a short window after the visit and we will come back and make it right. The guarantee covers the agreed scope of work.
Liability and insurance
Clean Sweep Cleaning carries insurance and bonding and takes care of your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are not secured. Please secure valuables and fragile items before the visit. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent allowed by law.
